Zoom More info The finished article. Jodie is saying: "My poor dad spent 20 years having to fix his mother's car when it did not start, now he has another 20 years he he!" Contributed by jodie maidment Added by shellysowner |
Zoom More info Nick says: This is my first Jamaican Yellow Chevette - OVV784V I still regret the day I was too lazy to go and fetch her, I had moved house and a 30 day notification of removal was placed on her, and by the time I went back she was gone. Contributed by Nick Added by shellysowner |
Zoom More info Mark says: I've only had the Chevette for 2 weeks now (as of 29th May 06). Its a one owner, 31000 mile car in relatively unmarked condition. The usual battery tray rot is proving an issue in keeping the carpets dry, & I have yet to attempt the only other problem, a near side, seized front brake caliper. The car is on its original sills & has never been welded. Any tips on freeing the brakes would be much apprecitaed, or indeed some local, cheap replacement calipers (I'm based in Bristol). Many thanks Mark The chevettes.com team recommends that Mark registers on this site's very helpful forum where the answers to all his questions will be given with a smile. Zoom More info Another shot of Trevor's Chevette. If I was a betting man I'd bet that this was taken on the COG stand at Billing ;) Contributed by Trev Added by shellysowner |
