Just seen the forum is back!

But it looks like it needs a lot of cleanup.

Is anyone doing it? Anyone else here?

Hi mate,
I'm still around but I'm not sure if anyone else is. I've heard facebook is where it's at but I don't do social media other than youtube.

Well... bizarre. The forum seems to have come back from the dead. Suspect everyone's gone to DSG, COG and other forums, or just got on with life. Anyone know where anyone is, or who's running this thing these days?

I pop on here once in a while to check if anything is happening. My brother just bought his first classic car here in NZ where I am now back living- a 79 chevette hatch. Minty original spec.

It would be great if cog and this forum could somehow combine? Was such a good laugh on this forum. :D

I have no idea on who is running this forum? Its been cleaned up I presume- all the cheap russian adverts etc.

Shellysowner, diove, chevette girl, gordan etc etc where are you all right now?

So funny that the worlds foremost chevette forum was for a while taken over by those pesky Russians :)

hey the forum's back! I haven't been on here in years, what a blast from the past. Got no Chevette now, got an old Merc instead. Trying to convince a mate of mine to part with his semi-rally prepared hatch. One of these days...

Looks like the moment has passed because the usage doesn't seem to be coming back?

Do other former forum people know about it? Has somebody mentioned it on this 'Face Book'?

So, looks like the downtime actually killed the forum after all

Lets face it, the forum is dead it's had 3 years to come back and neglect of fixing the problem in a timely manner has sent almost all posters elsewhere forever.
