Rally Day - Castle Combe, Saturday 19th September

Postby Jeff Brown » 10 Sep 2009, 18:36

Greebo the new orange Chevette will be there. And if I can sort out all the remaining bits that are missing (rear axle and brakes, windscreen, dashboard etc) we'll be on the track.

Come and find us on the Basingstoke Motor Club stand somewhere in the paddock.

And if you're in a silver BMW, please don't punt us off this year as I quite like the paintjob!

Cheers

There are still loads of last minute things to sort out before the weekend (like rear suspension and brakes) but we'll be there.

The Basingstoke MC stand is near the top of the rally stage so come and find us.

The car is now sat on stupidly long rear (and stiff) springs because I couldn't get any shocks to fit before the weekend but we'll be there.

Our signwriter has discovered LSD and was here till midnight last night doing unutterably silly things to the car. You will see us coming!

when all else fails, rivets, cable ties and bodge tape will see you through
