Hi Stumpy and welcome to the forum! Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here but I was under the impression that the Blackwatch was a Vauxhall Ltd edition and that the Star Custom Vehicles car was called the Chevette LUX. Can you describe some of the features of your car?

One of our members, Andy, owns a Blackwatch which is pictured below. I also occasionally see a Blackwatch with blue striping in Southampton.

Sorry Ralph, you`re wrong...:P

This is a Blackwatch, & they were `dressed up` by Star Custom Vehicles.
`Funny` paint job, rear spoiler, tartan interior, & a wood trim kit.

Bigger pic of one wearing Manta wheels Here. Should have steel weller type wheels.

The post above is my own personal opinion, it is not meant to upset or cause offence, if it does bugger off.

Thanks, but I have just typed in 3 cars of mine that I know were either Scrapped or written off and they still come up on screen. How do I tell if any of my other cars are still around in this case.

Looking to see if my Chevette RYA 956R is still about.

have you declared them as scrapped to the DVLA? declaring them SORN isnt enough as that only states they are off the road. you also need to re-sorn every year if it hasnt been declared as scrapped. If you dont do this you will get a 60 quid fine and be ordered to pay the tax between now and th elast time it was taxed or sorned

ah right now i understand. it is indeed an L hatch (well it's an amalgamation of 3 chevettes - but that's a long story - saving one from 3 knackers)

Well the Austin 1100 went to the scrappy after the misses wrote it off as did the Sierra for the same reason.

The ones I scrapped are not registered, maybe your scrappy didn`t tell the DVLA?
Still a useful gizmo for checking numbers though, hours of fun checking `personal` reg`s......N1GEL, DAV1D, MAG1C..etc :)

ring the DVLA - if the scrappy didnt fill out the correct paperwork chances are they are still in your name and you can still get shafted for them
