I am expecting them this week as previously quoted. I haven't actually been able to contact the supplier for the past two weeks so hoping they are just on holiday. Will keep you informed this week.

It is not looking too good on these, the manufacturers phone lines no longer exist. I am going to take a drive down to Worcester on Friday to see what is happening as they owe me either 9 Quiraks or the cash.

If these are no good will have to look into another supplier but all deposits will be refunded if original supplier has gone bust.

Will keep you informed.

It does indeed look like the manufacturer has gone bust, no phone tone now.

I have started to look around for other manufacturers and the best next price I can do for a kit is £140-£150 which is near double to what i use to sell them for.

I will keep everyone upto date of any further developments as I am driving down to the manufacturer on Friday.

Looks like the manufacturer has gone bust and taken my money and not supplied Quikraks.

I am looking at other manufacturers but as previously stated the price is going to be nearer double.

I will be contacting all deposit payers indiviually to offer either a refund or purchase at the newer dearer price.

Will keep you informed of any updates.

Have found another manufacturer who can supply Chevette Quikrak Kits that come with a 12 month warranty for manufacturing defects but not covering motorsport use.

Awaiting email with prices etc tomorrow and I will post these as soon as I get them. He has said he has these in stock.

Right I can supply the Quickrack Kits for £96 each plus £11.75 P&P.

15 available with approx 1 week delivery and more available after the new year.

Will also be able to supply the HD Group 4 steering coupling.

WOULD ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY PAID A DEPOSIT EMAIL ME JUST TO CONFIRM IF THEY WOULD LIKE ONE OF THESE KITS.

HD Steering Coupling is only really required for motorsport, stronger than original and smaller in diameter.

A few more prices have come through:

HD Steering Coupling £40
HD Bronze Bush Quick Rack Assy (Uprated 24mm Diameter Rack Bar) £190
HD Rack and Pinion Kit £96 each.
HD Competition Steering Rack Mounts With New Split Poly Bushes £40 a set of 2.

P&P extra.

Rack Kit and Rack is 2.4 Turns Lock to Lock.

I have now placed the order with new supplier, allowing 3-7 days for my cheque to clear as they don't have credit card facilities. A further 3 days to get to me and I will send all items out the next day.
