Thred tangent sign...

Postby CancerWagon » 29 May 2007, 08:13

I can swear the origonal image must be a Nova Scotian highway sign.... I think I need to go find it and get a picture  There is only about five places it could be.

Now to get a day off work to go for a drive. :(

Yes - personally, I'd start with the nearest.
Good excuse for a road trip, though.

"It's a small world after all!"

I got lazy and found it with google image search and town names from the road atlas. Will get a pic of the actual sign with my car soon. It's between me and my favorite scrappy.

I however did drive 250 kms at 3am sunday morning, to "mill village" and back to find "nope, not the 103." but I did find some of the supposedly discontinued but incredibly delicious triple chocolate Tim Hortons muffins in Bridgewater :D

Today I'm driving to "Exit 17e" on the 101, to view a rather nice 1978 brown chevette with no engine.

Somedays I think I may have gone totally Loony.

Mostly from Scotland - hence name, New Scotland - but I wouldn't be in the least surpised if some Cornwallian sailors jumped ship there.

As an aside, one of my great grandmothers stopped off there for a while before continuing to New Zealand - must have been looking for some sunshine. :)

How many people here are forgetting Canada was a British colony before becoming independent.

About getting sunshine.... if you don't like the weather in Nova Scotia, just wait ten minutes. 8)
