just seen this pic on chevettes.com homepage under the South American/Brazilian Chevy Chevettes and noticed how it kinda looks like a chav'd up nova. can anyone else see it?

Yeah, I reckon GM liked the way early 80s Vauxhalls looked over here, so gave the chevette the same treatment for the south american market. Did they sell the Nova or Cavalier over there at all?

Novas and Cavaliers exist over here, but I don't think they look anything at all like what you guys call Novas and Cavaliers... but I'm too lazy to go find photos... Right now, the Nova is the same thing as a Toyota Corolla...

Uhm OK, better now...
Yeah, the Nova made a nice muscle car back in its day... But these days, they're nothing like that at all... gotta see if I can find that photo of the Nova I drove... the clutch was sprung so tight that I got leg cramps from holding it down at a stop...
