SD1s

What have you started Doive? That shiny SD1 pic lead me to looking at insurance quotes for SD1s and they are surprisingly reasonable - even for a V8! Lets hope one doesn't crop up locally or my wallet could be in for a battering :?

Eh? That's a Daytona mate.

Mmmm, I've always fancied one of these e'er since I were a lad. Had a good sniff round a series 1 2600 last year in citrine yellow, nice car and only wanted 300 quid. However it had been standing for three years and the big six never likes standing, although we did get it to run (poorly) on five cylinders after replacing the condenser and regapping the points, so I reckon a good service would have seen it right. Sadly no money or space meant that I had to let it slide. Shame.

Yeah, insurance didn't seem too bad for me either, I think it was coming in around 440 fully comp for me on a vitesse. Well now the Beemer has found me I definitely don't have space for a new car!
