Heres what it needs, both ball joints replaced, brakes, brake lines, brake cylinders. And who knows what else. I havent seen it yet. I cant find a cheap tow. So i dont know if im going to get. If its in ok shape. If i does infact run. And if i can find a cheap tow. Then i might do it. If anyone can help me out let me know, the car is in bondhead and im in barrie. Iv been told $150 or more. Which is more then the car.

It is really up to you if you think it is worth it, I've seen cars that have been described as terrible tbut actually turned out to be very good, and vice versa. Don't underestimate the time and money involved in swapping brakes and lines. If its not too far away its worth going to have a look at, but try not to get too attached to the thing like I did to mine! As soon as I saw mine I knew I was going to buy it, even after I'd found the rusty door bottoms, dodgy brakes etc etc. On the face of it I'd say go for it, but only if you are prepared to put in a lot of time and effort - if you know you can get a better one for say $250, then hold out and get that instead.

It doesn't sound like a bad deal to me. I paid 200 for mine and it's kind of a death trap. If you can get it towed for cheap enough, go for it, those 5 speeds are rare. I would give 70 bucks for it if I lived closer. Good deal.

I know exactly who your talking about that car was in the supershopper for ever but we never took it but the guy we got the blue car and silver car from sold the blue car to that guy and he messed it up pretty bad but he never payed for it so the guy took it back and now we've got it but for 150.00 bucks take it but if you dont need it i'd take some of the little 4 cyl. parts carbs and whatnot, motor and trannys always good to have and I'd trade for the blue car it has new brake lines that I know of and many other parts that would be handy to have.I also have many other bits and peices that may come in handy for the swap.I may be able to get you a tow as well.

Crum b, just thought id let you know the car is in bond head its black, if you have parts for cheap that would be great and if you know of any cheap towing guys or ur dad does i need a cheap one. Iv got a price of $35 for a hook up and $1.50 per km. So its 46 km from the guys driveway in bond head to the storage place were going to store it at. Get back to me man.

The tranny, header and stuff would be awsome. We have a float we use for towing the racecar to barrie speedway that we could use.
What area of barrie are you in.

Ok i looked at the car today, it in good shape. The fender is bent, the interior needs cleaning and stuff like that. There are a few little holes in the floor. The car is black, its got Z24 hood scoops, bucket seats, aftermarket shifter, pedals. Build in gauges into the dash. The only thing is that the guy put a big fart can exaust off of a civic on it, cut the springs to low. And theres a bunch of rice burner R Racings stickers all over the windows and paint. As for extra parts, there is a clutch, rear axle, drive shaft, two trannys both 5 speed, hatch, hood, grill, brakes, blinker lights, springs, shocks, and mirrors. Im ok for a tow now, im getting one for free. So as for selling parts. Ill have to see within the next few weeks. Im still waiting to hear back from the storage guy. If he says no then im not getting the car. If he says yes then the car will be mine on Feb,23/05. Hope i get it :?
