TVR closing?

Postby Doive » 24 Apr 2006, 17:05

Just heard on the news they are considering shutting up shop, likely laying off all staff unless by some miracle things get turned around. I'm gutted, TVRs are what got me interested in cars in the first place. No more of them is a reasonably depressing thought

What else must the industry of this country endure?

i thought they moved into new premises? my mate, a TVR owner, was on about going to Blackpool to see the old factory before it's closed only the other day.

Perhaps it's yet another example of frantic worst case scenario news broadcasting. I really hope they don't close, but according to news speculation they are laying off 70 odd staff, with no guarantees for the remaining couple of hundred.
