Time Warp or UFO abduction?

Postby grim_b » 02 Jun 2005, 09:32

Just wondering if anyone else has a time machine Chevette?

My clock on the panel seems to be in a strange time zone or is my car being abducted by Chevette loving aliens?

I can set my clock to the correct time i.e 5pm, but in the morning at 8am it reads 5 o clock????

I was told this would be the battery being flat, but I have topped up and re-charged the battery...... The car is used every day and still the problem remains? soo..... Is my car some exterestrial test subject or did Vauxhall feel that what Chevettes needed to last the 20+ years on the road was a time defying quantum flux fitted as standard?

Or could it be I have a short somewhere?

Please discuss....

The post above is my own personal opinion, it is not meant to upset or cause offence, if it does bugger off.

Your sure it's not being abducted then?
It is not a regular thing, just once in a while?

Very odd if you ask me.

Oh, in that case, replace the suckback spring.
That`s the bit at the side of the fuffle valve, near the 5th wheel drive that`s coupled to the flange bender on the racing elephant.

2 minuite job!
