Hi All,
My chevette as you may know is lacking a battery tray and I was wondering if you could buy them or if not could a couple of you kind gentlemen take some detaled closeups and mabye a few measurements so I can replicate it

PS Im a bit low on funds at the moment so im not interested in buying a battery tray im just checking if it is possible to buy them when I get some cash gethered up

I do recall seeing someone selling a new battery tray pressing on here a while back, along with a spare wheel well (which I now need ironically enough - and the battery tray too come to think of it). Not sure who it was, but the Dr Manta site still lists them for the Kadett C. Which isn't the same now I think of it. So that's no help either really.

To my knowledge no-one does a battery tray repair panel however it should bb fairly straightforward to replicated from a bit of shett steel. Here's a pic:

(the pink stuff is rust curing paint over the rusty bits)
