Does anyone have a good prepping for paint guide?
1995 - Pug 106
1998 - Suzuki Marauder

Yes,

1. Make sure that all blemishes are removed as best as you want them either by filler or light sanding with decreacing grades of wet and dry. If not they will show once painted.

2. Remove any surface rust from bare metal with either scotchbrite or fine wet and dry.

3 Degrease all surfaces, if you do not the paint will not adhere.

4. Mask any bits you do not want paint to get onto. ie, window rubbers, door handles etc.

5. Make sure all water is removed from all the little crevises as when spraying it will find its way out and spoil the paint process.
