Remove the chrome bumper, but leave the 2 centre irons attached to the car.
The HS front sits on the irons, wrap ends with a bit of foam for a tight fit, you can drill & bolt it if you like, but it means 2 bolt heads showing!, and it then self tappers to the front wheel arch lip.
That`s how mine`s fitted. It`s a good idea to stick some `U` shaped rubber panel edge trim to the spoiler before you mount it. Unless you`re gonna blend it in with lots of pudding.........but then you can`t take it off should the need arise  8)

if you cut the ends off the bumper and just leave the middle bit ,it gives you a bit of strength if you want to put some spot lamps on it.....
rally drivers do it sideways.............well the quick ones do....................

The ones I've got have the original irons glassed into the back of the spoiler....
