wheel adapters

this isnt for me but, does anyone know where to get wheel adapters? want to fit VW beetle wheels on a mk1 astra, the bug wheels have a higer pcd.

I know you can get adaptors to fit Beetles, so you can put 4 x 100 wheels on them...
But I`ve not heard of them the other way round....Beetle wheels on a `normal` car ???..... [sounds of Neilys mind boggling]

Your local engineering firm...Should be able to knock them up for £50 or so.

Failing that, check the ads in Volks World - there is one in particular that stocks a hell of a lot of adapters.

but they'll be for VW's! not Vauxhalls!

Almost holmes-esque levels of deduction, my good man... :)

My reasoning was that, as they have a VERY large selection of adapters, they may indeed stock or know of a place that could provide the adapters required.
