Not sure it would without cutting the firewall about neily although you'd need to measure up to confim. Why stop there if you're going to cut the car about? How about a 706ci ex pro-mod motor. Nice!

My thoughts are you *may* need to swap the back axle for this one.... just a hunch.

I was thinking that earlier, noticed recently it always shows orange names at the bottom of the forum listing - where have all the rest of the users gone? C'mon you guys, you are the lifeblood of this forum, and we are getting done out of a job with nobody to moderate!

Sorry matey! It's been a long few weeks and I just happened to spot Neily was nearing the thousand - you must have crossed the threshold over the weekend while I was away. My sincerst apologies. May I offer to you, on behalf of the entire chevettes.com forum, myself, my gerbils and indeed the wider rodent community, from all the people of Scotland, and a single house in Bradford, I present the warmest belated congratulations on the occasion of the submittal and successful accepance of that, your one thousandth post. Here I say, to a thousand more. Hurrah!

Now you got it, everyone else will be wanting it as well.

Perhaps I should bookmark that acceptance speech - took me hours to write that you know!

what is it, the link didn't work for me :(

If its cheap i'll have it! i need an engine now, my engine gave up on saturday coming back from the red dragon rally :(

Big end bearing gone, lack of oil when thrown into a corner to fast. whoops

Never a better reason for an engine upgrade as when your original one pack up and goes on holiday :D

The item has been removed - possibly because Neily thrust a pile of wedge into the sellers hand! It was stonking great V8 thing that probably would have fitted had you removed all the metalwork from your car and fashioned an entirely new bodyshell around it.

Ah i see, i don't know what engine im gonna out in mine if i can't find a 1196 lump, 1.3/1.4 SR engine, Zetec engine, Nova GTE engine ETC....

Go no money at the moment tho so im gonna get a job and save up and do it properly, might even run fuel injection and the such, who knows.

I'll replae the rear axle when it begs for mercy
