ZF/Getrag Gearbox Bellhousings

Postby TJM » 04 Oct 2006, 19:52

Does anybody know where you can get bellhousings for fitting ZF or Getrag gearboxes to HS/HSR twincams?

Cheers

Are the twin cams blocks different to single cams? Didn't think so...

i think mine is a vx4/90 item, lotus eclat/excell may supply a ford gearbox fitting - i assume they have the same bell housing patern.

I am actually looking for new suppliers and hope it is not going to be a matter of getting them recast. Expensive.

Deal on a quickrack? I have ordered a batch and the deal is £75 plus £11.75 P&P and you get one, or if you would want to collect the kit then free delivery.

Regards

2.5 turns lock to lock as opposed to std 3.5 lock to lock.
