hi there, just a thought about your radiator situation - I use a Volvo 7 series rad which is bigger than the escort / Manta ones and comes with a fan if you buy from scrappy. Mine is 560mm wide and 445mm high.

Main hose stubs are 32/33mm diameter in top left and bottom right (from engine side).

It also has an 8mm outlet at the top for overflow and 16mm pipe for connecting to header tank (corsa one fits nicely on n/s wing behind turret).

This should help the volume of water for cooling - something Rover engines suffer from a lack of.

Cheers for the advice on the radiator :D

I've had a little play about with the rad i've got (see other thread) but if it doesn't work i'll go the Volvo route. :)

Just been enjoying the lastest posts on your build thread mate - there's some top fabrication work going on there.
