not a bad look removing the rear bumper. could do with grinding back and smoothing out the mounting points though
when all else fails, rivets, cable ties and bodge tape will see you through

Oh no! You took most of my favourite bits off the car, that roofrack with the tatty luggage and the stickers  Please please tell me you're not going to take off the gold checks too :( Racer was the absolute Don at making this look work. I tried it on my Rover... it looked ok but I don't seem to have been able to achieve the same amount of flare with it as he did :(

70mm at the back and 35mm at the front... except the fronts hadn't settled properly at the time of photographing.

Which? The rover or wigs' car? Both standard - a 1590cc honda t/c in the rover with 128bhp and a bog standard 1256 in the chevette.

rob removed the rear bumper......the roof racks outta here...so are the stickers..its going thru a non rat makeover. not that im against rat look. i just wanna make the chevette look pimpin. im going to put the rear bumper back on and also put the standard wing mirros back..i dont know precisly how much its been lowered..lets just say...lots lol...speed bumps are a pain the rectum...ya have to take them painfully slow or else scrapage occurs. robs look was cool. im not denying that...but its my motor now and my first project car :P just watch this space. its gonna be very differant. and shelly how do you know all this stuff? was the lowering spec u gave for my car? oh yeah the gold cheques will be going from the roof and boot. ive left them on for now but once i start strippin the paint off theyll be gone. and shelly ill make sure i get every last dent and rust particle out before it gets the respray.. i need to do somthin about the sills as theyre rotten.thers a dent on the passenger side door and ive got new wings for it where its rotten by the wheel arches. trust me its gonna look good once its done...i wanted to put some wires on it...i still think it will look the business with some pimp style blinging wires but theyre too expensive...ill probly just go for some dishes. ive seen some nice chrome steels aswell i need to look into. any other ideas people have...keep me posted...just remember no rat look ideas. ok.

1/ No the spec was for my rover... or rather my ex-rover, I sold it.

2/ Good, just checking you know that you're sticking your neck out with a gloss black paintjob.

3/My name is Ralph.

4/Not a big fan of ATS cups, so anything but those!

Well it's looking about 70 billion times better without the stupid roofrack and all the stickers on it - anything you do now can only get better!
