Hi lads

Got new Gen. GM wings, centre caps in brilliant condition, and my spare wheel :D

Took my old and really rotten wings off recently and found a really solid inner wing with no rust covered in underseal, the wing rail was in brilliant condition too.

Shes looking really rough at the minute, im doing most of the nessessary work during the summer, cause im off school.

Spot the Chevette owner :P

Image

The new wings, despite their rough appearance have no rust and no rot and have, after much inspection 3 dents between the two. Im really pleased, and at £80 they're a steal! 8) 8) 8)

The parts lugger is our 1999 Vauxhall Astravan, which is probably the most unreliable vehicle that Northern Ireland posseses and on the way back from Belfast it let out a spit and a short loss of power. I think its the turbo as its smoking more than my mum does and 40mph is a struggle, it is as dead as a doornail, brilliant luck  [/img]

It has come on a lot from this, I have done a lot of work underneath and reconditioned the back axle. I am going to get it professionally painted and restored with no modification. Its intended use is for shows. In time Ill have another Chevette for the 17th Birthday! Its looking really rough but luckily this is mostly cosmetic and there little rot, execpt for the wings (which have been changed) and the sills.
