cant bloody believe it, thursday moring get a call saying my workshops been broken into. well mine my dads and space kadetts.
gets up there my dad and mark are up there. marks had a load of tools nicked a wilwood caliper and a set of twin webbers which were bolted to his zetec. and my dad had a load of snap on tools nicked.
they nicked a load of my monkey tools which i aint to worried about, it was my baby i was worried for.
and low and behold they abused her. ripped all the inside out looking for stuff and worst of all they broke into my boot. the whole boot lock assebely is FUBAR and their've lipped my boot prying it open. but what really f*******ed me off was the fact that the keys were in the lock. thieving trolls.

so anyway has anyone got a complete boot lock assebely for a chevette saloon.
cheers spyk

Man Spyke, that really rips the piss. Annoys me so much, thieving scumbags. I guess the usual story is the police can't be arsed to do anything, I'd suggest between the three of you getting a kick-ass alarm system to try and prevent the thieving pikeys from doing it again. Or else get a big hungry doberman and leave it loose in the shed. All those tools going missing won't be cheap to replace, I hope they were insured at least.

Boot locks for saloons come up on ebay now and again.

Really sorry to hear that Spyke but be sure to post up requests for any other parts that you need and we'll all do our best to find them for you.

I don't know which is the more annoying; the fact some snatch feels obliged to pinch your gear OR the fact the snatch wrecks everything else that they don't take.

If one of these scumbags tripped over & smashed their skull open on the way from a 'job' - I'd leave 'em to die.
Anyone have a 6R4 for sale? Unfortunately I've only got £1K spare but I could throw in a few eggs to sweeten the deal!

A Wilwood caliper and set of Webbers gone? Doesn't sound like pikeys to me....

Who knew what was there...?

The trouble is it could be anyone in his area who's seen his car(s) or passed & seen them working on engines etc. I mean older performance car = Webers or Dellortos so if you want a set you know where to nick 'em from.

man- i feel really pissed off for you! Arseholes!!!

scares me- my garage is completely open to anyone who wants to come in.. hopefully the fact it looks like a pikey site and we all wear dodgy clothes keeps little nipper scumbags too scared to dare pinch anything.

Plus we've just got two mean looking kittens...
