Chevettes.com Stickers - UPDATED - PRICES!

Postby Miss Icey » 04 Apr 2006, 21:17

Hallo,

I know there was a topic about this ages ago, but I don't know if anything came of it or if these existed? If not why not? :P I'd be happy to get some made if I wouldnt be stepping on toes, know that I can get a nice few for a decent price.

Just wondered, ignore me If I'm being bossy, but you know, its a woman thing ;)

Icey *kiss kiss kiss* hahahahahaha

It all fell apart when we couldn't agree on what style to have. I wanted clear background and white letters about 1" to 1 1/2" high. Can't remember what everyone else wanted.

I'd just be offering to get white lettering done only tbh, as it's the cheapest and nicest way of doing it, without being overly fussy.

Font could be something interesting if agreeable.

Sample of a couple I got made/bought.

Too expensive, but the red writing on clear could be done, as long as there is other people want it too

Nope, just don't want us all paying the earth for them!

Usually I can get them for £1 to £1.50 per sticker (For white)

Red text URL can be done, infact any colour can. If you start putting them on backgrounds it becomes expensive.

I can get some quotes for you from my usual person, obviously it would be easier if alot of people wanted the same colour (say 10 white 10 red etc etc)

Why do you need a clear background.>??

You can get logoes like what we want with just the letters all on a fixing paper. All you need do then is stick them on and peel the backing / Fixing paper off. You are then left with just the individual lettering and no horrible clear square around it.

By the way - were you planning on ones for the inside or outside of the glass Icey? I'd prefer inside!

On reflection of this, I think personally 12" is going to be too big, so suggestions?

I'm not quite so convinced by the font - its a bit bulky compared to this:

As for the size I'll have a measure up later and let you know.

The one I posted is 9", so 12" is going to be a little too big.

I'll get some font's tested and post some up in awhile.

The second `un looks ok, I think 9" will be good.

Why do women always think 12" is too big?

The post above is my own personal opinion, it is not meant to upset or cause offence, if it does bugger off.
