Do the rear ashtrays in a 2 door saloon match the ones in the rear doors of a 4 door?

I didn't know your chevettes came with ahstrays in the back... :) Ours sure don't !(unless it's an option I've never seen before)

Oh yes, ours have ashtrays in the back - very advanced cars y'know!

I can't imagine Vauxhall/GM making two unique parts for two and four door cars, and there is no reason why they shouldn't be interchangeable, so I'll go out on a limb and say they are the same.

they are different depending on the ages! on my later 2 door saloon the ashtrays go in from above (the door card is moulded) but on the earlier hatch they went in from the side! (on a flat door card) that said they may be the same part!
